I can't access an eBook or article linked in my Canvas class!

Students: Getting stuck in a login loop when trying to access an article or eBook that was linked in your Canvas class?

Try opening the link in a new window - depending on how your professor set up the link, it may try and open "within" Canvas - and this can lead to errors and repeated requests to log in.

You can often get around this issue by simply opening the link in new tab:

Faculty:  You can fix this by checking "open in new tab" is checked when adding a link to a licensed eResource like an eBook or article
